Submit an Online Funeral Notice
We are offering our viewers a free online funeral notice service available to all families and friends of the overall Doukhobor community. Notices will be posted in our In Memoriam section on our Funeral Notices page and will remain online as part of the permanent informational archive of the site.
Submitting an Online Funeral Notice:
To submit your notice, please fill in the form blanks below. Then use the message blank to provide the following information (Please limit your submissions to 150 words or less):
- Full name and age of deceased person with brief additional biographical information
- Date, place and other circumstances of his/her passing
- Location, date and time of funeral or memorial service (if any)
- Information regarding funeral arrangements, interment, flowers, wreaths,
memorial donations, etc
If it would be helpful, preview existing notices as a guide. You can also cut and paste your notice into the message blank from an email or other document, if you wish. Those who may wish to include a photo can do so but it can not be uploaded with this form. You can send us your photo via direct email at our usual address: info(at)usccdoukhobors.org
